Yes! We are able to directly bill your physiotherapy and massage therapy sessions to most extended health insurance companies. We will process your insurance for billing at the time of your appointment. The eligible amount will be paid directly to the clinic and if applicable, you will be responsible for the remaining amount. If we are not able to directly bill to your insurance company, we will provide you with a detailed invoice that you can submit to your provider for reimbursement.
Some of the insurance companies we are able to direct bill are the following:
Pacific Blue Cross, Sunlife, Manulife, Greenshield, Desjardins, Empire life, SSQ, ICBC, MSP, WorkSafeBC.

Your appointment time has been booked for a one-on-one session with the physiotherapist/massage therapist. Thank you for understanding.

In most cases, a referral is not needed to attend treatment. Some insurances require a doctor’s note prior to your session so we encourage you to check with your carrier directly.
For ICBC and WorkSafeBC clients, prior approval is required in which you may need to provide a doctor’s note. Please speak to your adjuster/case manager if it is required for your claim.
